With views to the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, our peaceful self-contained studio apartment is located in the Chiltern Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty right next to the Ridgeway Trail. Light and airy, the space has been renovated to Scandinavian-style with luxury touches. The area offers lovely walks, great restaurants and cosy country pubs (nearest 5 min walk). If you come by train from London, we are walking distance from the station (as well as supermarkets).

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

The Nook at Pine View, is set within the Chiltern Hills in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In the heart of "Roald Dahl Country", Cobblers Hill is famously written within the pages of "Danny Champion of the World". The Nook benefits from stunning rural views and the peace & quiet of country living but with easy access to award-winning restaurants, pubs & cafes all just a short drive. The surrounding area has some renowned country walks and cycle paths.

The Annexe

Located in the historic centre of Haddenham, the annexe is a bright, contemporary self contained studio room with private access and parking. Moments away from pubs, the award winning Norsk cafe, shops and amenities, it has everything you need on our doorstep. Haddenham & Thame train station is a 15 min walk away making it a perfect location for visiting Oxford, London or shopping at Bicester village, whilst the picturesque market town, Thame, is just 3 miles away.

Self-contained barn conversion

The Farrow is a pretty self-contained annex within the grounds of Nettlebed Barn. Set in tranquil surroundings on the edge of the 12th century hamlet of Kingsey. It has the additional benefit of stunning picturesque views of rolling fields framed by the beautiful vista of the Chiltern hills. Just a 5 minute drive to Haddenham train station will give you access to central London in 40 minutes and the beautiful and historic city of Oxford in just 29 mins.

Princes Risborough, 3 Double Bedrooms, Big Garden

This is our lovely end-terraced Edwardian house where you can enjoy country walks in the Chilterns, go for bike rides, or have a BBQ in the beautiful garden. The house is just a short walk from the train station in the medieval market town of Princes Risborough. We have private parking for one car and bicycles are available for the guests to use. The house is ideal for max 4 grown-ups, your pet can be brought on request.

The Hayloft, Downley Common

The Hayloft is situated at Downley Farmhouse in Downley, Buckinghamshire - half way between London and Oxford, close to Marlow and Henley-on-Thames. Downley is a small village set around a common with a friendly local pub, The Le De Spencer Arms, which serves good food. The village has all the necessary local amenities and is within easy reach of all major communication networks and local attractions.

Lavender Cottage is within walking distance of 3 pubs, a mainline railway station, a post office, 2 churches and a well resourced recreation ground. There is a frequent bus service to nearby Stoke Mandeville Hospital and the charming Chiltern Hills offer a wide range of leisure pursuits.
