Pope Carr Cottage, 3 bedrooms, great location+view

Our cottage boasts stunning views of Riber Castle and is conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac near the town center. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to five guests in three bedrooms. It also features a sun room with dining table, living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with mains pressure shower. Outside, you can dine on the patio overlooking the castle or relax on the lawn. The cottage also has parking space for a small car, as well as on-street parking.

The Little Engine House Beautiful and Private!

Relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside of Derbyshire and stay in a little piece of history, a coverted pump house that supplied a Victorian spa hotel. Matlock is beautiful with plenty of places to eat and drink. All year round Matlock has plenty to offer with beautiful walks and stately homes nearby. The Little Engine House is less than a mile from the town centre and Lumsdale Falls is walkable from the property so you don't need to get in a car to enjoy the delights of the immediate area.

Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village. The Entire Coach House at Middleton Hall

Relax in this peaceful unique country home, either warm yourself by the wood burner or relax out in the garden, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the private Middleton Hall estate. The Coach House has been refurbished , with designer furniture, wall paper, hand painted murals on the walls, marble shower room, hypnos beds and an American fridge freezer. Plenty of great walks from the house plus all year round indoor heated pool shared with Woodside Cottage - also at the same location.

Meadow View is a 19th-Century Terraced Cottage, overlooking the historic village of Rowsley. Rowsley is a small village next to the Chatsworth Estate, which is home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. Historic attractions include Caldwell's Mill, Haddon Hall and Peak Rail. Other activities on the doorstep include shops, pubs, restaurants and fishing. Peak Village is a 5 minute walk away and Rowsley is only a 10 min drive from Matlock and Bakewell accessible by a local bus service.

Pigeon Loft Cottage

This unique self contained peaceful cottage is 250 years old and set in the centre of the beautiful village of Bonsall in the Peak District and within easy reach of all amenities. The cottage was once a Pigeon loft and has been transformed and renovated into a simple characterful living space within the conservation area. Views from the cottage and outside private terrace are stunning. There are choices of walks from the door including 2 pubs and cafe within easy walking distance.

The property is in a delightful and secluded position on the south facing side of Darley Hillside with views over the valley. The main living area is on the upper floor, accessed directly from the driveway and car-port via a hallway leading to the master bedroom and ensuite; living room with open log fire, dining area and internal balcony access to 2-storey atrium complete with spiral staircase; cloakroom; toilet, and kitchen with tree top external terrace.

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Peak District, Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Matlock Bath plus loads more are just a short walk or drive away. It's a perfect base for Walking, climbing and cycling etc. The house is on an estate and close to amenities,well equiped, warm and comfy. A good choice of pubs and takeaways in walking distance. Pets (2 small dogs max) are welcome at an extra fee.
