Facile vedere la fauna tipica del territorio, fagiani, caprioli e volpi. Siamo a 10 km dalle spiagge di Follonica e a 10 km dal borgo medioevale di Massa Marittima. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2021. Ha un open space cucina salotto, una cucina ben attrezzata, una camera matrimoniale, una camera con 2 lettini e un bagno con doccia.

Abbiamo eliminato i costi superflui per offrirti una tariffa leggera ma in cambio ti chiediamo un piccolo gesto: porta le tue lenzuola e asciugamani. Un patto semplice per aprire la Maremma a tutti. Su richiesta ma con supplemento fornitura di lenzuola e set bagno. No ZTL, carico e scarico bagagli davanti alla porta. Parcheggii liberi pubblici a pochi metri.
