Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! Close to Bottleworks, Mass Ave, and most downtown locations. Non-toxic supplies cleaning methods. Kids welcome!

There’s no better place to explore downtown Indy than our stylish condo in the heart of it all. We have free parking on site, but you won’t need your car! Step outside the front door and make your way to the vibrant entertaining and dining options of Mass Ave and The Bottleworks District, or stroll the historic cobblestone streets of Lockerbie. Wineries, breweries, coffee shops, antique dealers and entertainment venues are all minutes away. At night, you’ll enjoy the sparkling skyline view.

Enjoy a private remodeled front room studio in a cozy home built in the 1900's. Conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown (walking time) with nearby hot spots, including: Lucas Oil Stadium (home of the Colts), Bankers Life Field House (home of the Pacers), City Market, and Georgia Street. Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

The Woodruff Place Carriage House is in a beautiful, historic (very family and walker-friendly) neighborhood just 1 mile east of downtown Indy. You will be in close distance to restaurants, bakeries, breweries, walking/biking trails and plenty of entertainment. The Carriage House is located above a 3-car, detached garage and is private, with the exception of the homeowners coming and going. You will access the garage via street parking and walking through the backyard.
