The original workshop on the site has been renovated throughout including a new designer kitchen and air conditioning. 3 bedrooms in the main house and another in the sleepout. Heat pump for controlled heating summer and winter. 6 kms to restaurants,shops. Many good surf beaches near bye. Estuary for boating.
