Situato nel cuore del piccolo caratteristico paese di Gandria, sorge uno dei primi alloggi per i forestieri del secolo scorso. Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.

Con balcone e splendida vista sul lago e montagne, possibilità di un posto letto(divano). Bagno con vasca, bidet e lavatrice. Cucina ben attrezzata con macchina del caffé , frigorifero e congelatore, forno, forno microonde, pentole, piatti e posate. Camera da letto che può ospitare anche una culla, con ampio armadio .
