Το Σπίτι Νο 5 είναι κατάλληλο και για οικογένεια με μικρό παιδί ή μωρό γιατί εξωτερικά δεν υπάρχουν πολλές σκάλες και το καθιστικό με το υπνοδωμάτιο είναι σχεδόν στο ίδιο επίπεδο.
