On this enchanted island, among the scents of the sea, the warmth of the sun and the breeze of the mistral, stands the *Affittacamere Il Sorriso* which recalls these qualities and gives them, with a smile, to those who want to stay there for vacation or work. The B&B Il Sorriso is located just 8 minutes walk from the tourist port and the heart of the historic center of La Maddalena, in a recently renovated independent building in the "Due Strade" area, equipped with all essential services (restaurants, bars, supermarket, tobacconist, newsstands, gym, public gardens, beauty salon, bus stop for the beaches and easy car parking). Located near the most beautiful beaches of the island (2 km) and not far from those of the island of Caprera (4 km) and its wild and uncontaminated nature. The B&B Il Sorriso has at its disposal: - two double bedrooms, also for single use, large and bright with sea view, one of which with the possibility of an additional bed - a double bedroom with balcony - two bathrooms, not in the room but near the rooms, for private/exclusive use, with shower, hairdryer, courtesy kit. All rooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. A healthy and varied breakfast is served outdoors on a fresh and sunny terrace with sea view towards the island of Caprera and S. Stefano. The breakfast time must be agreed with the manager upon check-in. (from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.) Free services include the possibility of using the refrigerator, microwave oven, umbrella, rackets, and chair in the common room. Particular attention is paid to the daily cleaning of the rooms and common areas. The rooms will be cleaned once a week and at each guest change, other requests will be subject to charges. The change of bed linen is done every 5 days and at each guest change. The change of bath towels every 3 days and at each guest change. Anticovid 2020 National Health Protocol: For this year, self-service breakfast will no longer be possible, but will be served exclusively by the manager, on the terrace with hand sanitization, distancing from protocol and mask. Casa Vacanze La Conca di lu Soli

La casa sorge in una zona tranquilla, a soli 15 minuti di guida da Arzachena, e gode di un giardino ideale per i vostri momenti di relax, a pochi km dal mare. La camera, composta da un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, include biancheria (lenzuola, asciugamani), TV, aria condizionata e bagno privato dotato di doccia e asciugacapelli. La cucina è ad uso esclusivo. Su richiesta è possibile avere a disposizione una seconda camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, per un totale di 5 posti letto.

The Italia room is located on the second floor (no elevator) is large spacious with a double bed and two single beds. Suitable for families, it accommodates up to 4 people. It has a private bathroom, but it is not located inside the room, in fact you have to cross the common room to access it. It has a small balcony overlooking Via XX Settembre, one of the main pedestrian streets on the island. Independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and 40" LCD TV.
