Hidden on the sleepy outskirts of Queens Park in Bournemouth is the Nest, a charming self contained 1 bedroom lodge with private garden and Hot Tub. The Nest is 4 mins walk from a Bike Hire and Electric scooter hire, local shops, Bars and restaurants. Bournemouth sandy beaches are about a 10 minutes bike ride and 5 mins in the car from the Nest. Private parking space, Netflix , Hot Tub, bath, Washing Machine, Cooker, Hob, Fridge, and Sofa Bed are a few of the amenities the Nest has to offer.

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

Boutique Tiny House with private Terrace & HotTub

Our lovely, well equipped very Tiny House sits beside a spacious sunny private terrace and hot tub. A renovated summerhouse, the interior is very small but super stylish! The perfect base from which to explore our beautiful area. There’s a mini en-suite wet room & practical micro kitchen with a fridge/ice maker, Wonder Oven, coffee machine etc. We’re quietly situated in a private town centre courtyard, close to the harbour & marinas! We provide a Lymington & New Forest FREE PARKING clock!

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

The Old Piggery, East Boldre, New Forest

The Old Piggery is a lovely retreat set in a beautiful peaceful 3 acre smallholding in the New Forest with a great Hottub. The ideal getaway for couples or families it has direct forest access right from the gate. It is 2-3 miles from both Beaulieu and Lymington and 30 mins walk or 10 min cycle to the beach and two pubs. A light & airy 2 bedroom detached barn style building, it has a large open plan living/dining area, private garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood burner & TV.

‘Enchanted’ - secluded chalet with hot tub

'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

The Annexe is a private guest retreat, exclusively for visitors. Relax in your own charming garden with a covered hot tub and festoon lights – the perfect place to unwind after exploring Dorset’s stunning coastline, Durdle Door and the New Forest. Just a short walk from pubs, restaurants and shops, it’s an ideal base for your stay. Guests also enjoy Sky Sports, Wi-Fi and a cosy outdoor seating area, making it perfect for a romantic, relaxing or adventure-filled getaway.
