Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

The apartment is located in Bruneck, within 3 minutes' walk to the historical center of the town. It is situated on the first floor, but the entrance is at street level. It has a huge living room, two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a big balcony. The train station "Brunico Nord" is at 5 minutes' walk. From there, after a 4-minute ride on the train to Percha, you can get directly to the Kronplatz area.

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Percha is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or to the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park with its high peaks, alpine inns and unspoilt nature.

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
