Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. This is a unique 1920's craftsman home. Guests have a private entrance and private access to 2 rooms and a large bathroom (“in-law” suite). Entering the 1st bedroom, you'll see a dinette that has seating for two. Through the hall, you’ll see the bathroom with dual vanity & French bathtub with an option to shower. Past the bathroom, there’s a 2nd bedroom w/kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee maker). Note: no full kitchen.
