The harbour, the beach and nice restaurants are close by. Tram nr 17 and 11 stop right around the corner and brings you to the city-center within several minutes. The beach is only a 14 minute walk away.

Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.

De accommodatie is volledig ingericht om functioneel te zijn, zo is er slaapkamer, keuken met zithoek, een badkamer en een wasmachine ter beschikking. De ruimte die u huurt is compleet zelfstandig en wordt op het moment van verblijf door niemand anders gebruikt. Alle ruimtes behalve de deur op de gang kunnen op slot worden gedaan.
