It's located a short drive away from several lakes, hiking trails, breweries, and dining experiences. Come and stay at this luxury, modern one-bedroom apartment just steps away from Yale! With Broadway just around the corner and some of New Haven’s best Pizza a stone’s throw away you’d be hard-pressed to find a better location for your stay. Enjoy cooking up a nice dinner at home one night using the fully-equipped kitchen provided. Spend the evening on the rooftop terrace watching the sunset over the city skyline before tucking in for the night. Use the downstairs gym for a morning workout.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
