Allen and Ann serve a bagel breakfast daily; use of kitchen & laundry room. Adjacent to Downtown Brooklyn, close to 11 subway lines and the Long Island Rail Road, good restaurants, shopping and BAM and the Barclays Center.

There are 2 seperate suites for rent. These are not connected but both open up to a large, private terrace surrounded by gardens. Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from downtown, in the heart of Mystic, but also quiet & secluded. The larger suite sleeps 3 with a king bed and smaller full size futon. The smaller suite has a king bed.

Bedroom #1 -Let the sun in!

This is a private room located on the 3rd floor where you can relax and be at peace. This room accommodates 2 guests and has a queen size bed. ($45 for first guest and $35 for 1 additional guest) No parties, gatherings or smoking in the units. Main entrance of the property is monitored by a security camera. It will be on during your stay. NO SHOES INSIDE OF THE UNIT! IMPORTANT: UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.

There is a refrigerator, tea, and fresh coffee available in your room along with a fresh water dispenser. Conveniently located near the train station (25 min ride to NYC), 15 min from JFK Airport, food (Amazing Pizza, Chinese food, & Deli) & laundry service is up the block. No space shared
