Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and with short cut to train station less. The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

Cosy Barn with a Vineyard View

Nestled in open countryside next to our vineyard on the outskirts of Bishop's Stortford, an ideal base to explore East Herts & North Essex or visit London & Cambridge. The Cowshed is a recently converted barn sleeping 5, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating around a woodburner. Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

Self contained Studio, Suite, above double garage, comprising Bed/Sitting Room, Kitchenette, and separate Toilet/Shower Room. Has 3 large Velux widows ensuring good light and air circulation. Contains microwave, fridge, kettle, cooking utensils etc. Ideally suited for up to two adults sharing a double bed, plus one child under 16 using a collapsible bed. Located in the village of Datchworth, near to Knebworth, Stevenage, Hertford. 2 1/2 miles to main line Station, to Kings Cross or the North.

It features beautiful gardens and a woodland orchard, a grand barn and open-plan living spaces, two well-equipped kitchens, two dormitories, four separate bedrooms and river for wild swimming. Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.

Our comfortable annex has generous parking, a large double bedroom, and a good sofa bed in the funky living/dining room. We are surrounded by lovely Hertfordshire countryside with access to our huge garden with its park like setting and rural views. Easy access onto A10 at Standon, walking distance to Standon Calling, 4.5 miles to Ware and trains to London. 30 mins to Stansted. 40 mins drive to Cambridge. Good place for cycling and walks

Beautiful views are found from our Annex in Much Hadham. 10 miles to Stansted Airport and fast trains to London and Cambridge from Bishop's Stortford. Open plan with comfortable double bed and flat screen TV. Smart shower room and kitchen area with fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, single hob, sandwich toaster and slow cooker. Clothes hanging rail is downstairs where we ask that you leave your outdoor shoes please.

Bedlinen and towels provided, and a complementary evening meal or home made snacks during longer term stays.
