Arty, stylish and with no attention to detail spared - this super cool and inspiring house has a brilliant London location (gets five stars from our guests) and yet feels like a quiet, spacious and calm place to retreat to. The house has been featured in two design/interior magazines and is also available as a shoot location. We love helping our guests so please just ask. Cosy bed and breakfast in lovely leafy SW London

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Elegant Victorian double room, ensuite, SW London

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. A Continental style breakfast can be provided for those who want it (not Sundays/bank holidays) Bed size: 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm)

Double / Twin Room in South Wimbledon

100 metres from South Wimbledon station and 30 mins bus ride to Wimbledon village and Wimbledon Tennis. 10 mins walk to Wimbledon centre and 30 mins by tube into the West End The room is private as it's in a loft conversion at the opposite end of the flat to my bedroom. A continental breakfast is provided Double bed and a double futon so good for couples or 2 friends Close to St George's Hospital, Wimbledon and Polka Theatre. Easy for AFC Wimbledon, Fulham FC, Brixton Academy and The Oval.

Charming Bedroom Suite with Private Sitting Room and Terrace

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Stunning Ensuite Kingsize Bedroom - Station 2 min

A bright and spacious bedroom located across the top floor of this Victorian maisonette. The comfortable kingsize bed is fitted with a sumptuous wool topper and luxury bedding. The bed receives rave reviews. There’s a sofa and plants to add that homely feel. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with high-end toiletries and Sheridan towels. There is a large walnut desk, ergonomic chair, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker, iron, hairdryer and wardrobe with wooden hangers and drawers.

Cozy beds, delicious breakfast included

When you arrive I will be here to welcome you with a tea or coffee and help settle you in . My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Welcome to our peaceful garden-facing retreat in the heart of Wimbledon. This bright, south-facing room features a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and a private en-suite shower room. We are just a 5-minute walk from the station, with direct trains reaching Waterloo in around 15 minutes. Buses to the All England Lawn Tennis Club are easily accessible, and charming Wimbledon Village, with its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, is only a 7-minute walk away.

Kew Garden Cabin

A London getaway, in the heart of Kew Gardens, ideal for visiting the Royal Botanic Gardens or The National Archives, both of which are a 10 min walk from us. Alternatively, central London is only a 40 min Tube ride away. This private and independently accessed cabin offers visitors a snug oasis in the rear of our garden and we will be on site to welcome you, and to 'show you the ropes'.
