The Summerhouse is a modern barn conversion located on the Flagpole Cottage estate with the main house dating back to 1650 in quaint and friendly Tandridge Village. The Summerhouse has a private entrance with magnificent views over the country side from the floor to ceiling windows, yet only 20 miles from London. Open plan living with sleeping arrangements on the mezzanine and ground floor sofa bed. WiFi (75Mb fibre) and secure parking (24/7 outdoor CCTV) is free. Private terrace on the back.

Garden Studio in the heart of Highgate Village

A beautiful self-contained garden studio, located in the heart of historic Highgate Village. The 320 sq foot studio is equipped with King size bed, kitchenette, Bathroom with spacious shower, 55” HDTV, BBC iPlayer, Amazon & Netflix. There is a semi-private outside patio with seating. The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. With excellent bus and tube transport connections close by.

Beautiful Secluded Cabin next to the park

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Park Lodge

Modern guest house suitable for everyone, built at the end of a garden. Giving guests all the privacy they desire. Entrance is available from the side of the property as well as access from the back of the guest house. The park is very close by, allowing for a quick escape to the peaceful outdoors. In addition to this, many shops are local, walking distance from supermarkets such as Tesco and Marks and Spencer, with a train station nearby, giving quick transport to central London.

Quaint Self-contained Loft Studio nr Hampton Court

Quaint, quirky, clean and bright for you to relax in private, coming and going as you wish. Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. Plenty of free on-street parking.

The Hampton Court Hideaway

The Hampton Court Hideaway is a new peaceful and relaxing eco guesthouse (detached double garage conversion). Beautifully designed to a very high standard, powered by renewable energy and includes space for up to 4 guests. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds, one sofa bed and a single fold out bed. We also have an EV home charger available on request. It’s designed for 2 adults but we do allow up to 4.

Luxurious garden room with en-suite and kitchenette. Locked garden gate for private access and shared use of garden with outdoor dining area, sofa seating, coffee table and fire pit for cosy nights. The garden studio is opposite our house with net curtains for privacy during the day. 2-3 person inflatable hot tub for guests to use. We are an easy going laid back family wishing you a lovely stay.

Romantic hideaway in Notting Hill

Detached bungalow set in a private garden in trendy Notting Hill. An oasis of calm, less than a 5 minute walk to Portobello Road, Kensington Gardens and numerous restaurants and shops. There is no kitchen, but microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee and tea. You have direct and private access to the bungalow through the garden - so total privacy when entering and leaving.
