Self Contained Cottage in Thames Ditton Village

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage designed for adult comfort in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Modern self-contained Studio

Welcome to our bright airy Studio located in the heart of Stroud Green, North London. We are a short 13 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station, and Crouch End is only a leisurely 20 minute walk/10 minute bus ride away. With it's own access, your studio features tea/coffee making facilities, a mini-fridge, and a few goodies (no full kitchen). Our garden as pictured is a lovely tranquil place which we are happy to share with you if we are around - otherwise, it is all yours to enjoy!

Independent annex with parking (on request)

In our back garden an independent guest annex. The room has its own entrance at the back, privacy glass at the front & a comfy bed. The space is heated and comfortable. It has Internet a TV , small fridge, & microwave. We have a delicious cafe 3 minutes walk away opposite Sainsbury's plus Earlsfield station is a 5 minute walk. Perfectly located for Wimbledon and 25 minutes away from Central London by train. Lots of bars & restaurants walking distance.Parking permits can be organised.

Blythe Vale Studio with private garden + entrance

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier? Please do ask in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note we can only accept bookings from the person who is staying.

Beautiful Secluded Cabin next to the park

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. Plenty of free on-street parking.

Modern Apartment “Woodship” Sleeps 7

This Modern Apartment “Woodship” Built in 2013, was my Garden, I personally Project managed the build. I am very proud to share my Apartment and its very elegant and spacious, open living space with Double Sofa Bed and 2 Double Bedroom’s, with private garden. Wood Green Tube Station is 1 min walk away and home to the Brand New Totteham hotspurs Stadium as well as NFL. Alexandra Palace just a bus ride away or 10 minutes walk, also Alexandra Place is home to many Events.

The Steam Engine CoachHouse

The CoachHouse is an old building, that was used until a few years ago for keeping a horse! It has been fully renovated, but we wanted to maintain as much of its character as possible (like keeping visible the wooden roof beams). There is a mezzanine accessible through a spiral staircase which is used as the bedroom area, an extendable dining table, a sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
