We are a 19 th century refurbished stoned house with off road parking located 5 mins walk from Llangollen town centre . There is an abundance of outdoor activities, including Kayaking courses (storage and drying available here) , paddle boarding, international Mountain downhill bike track, we also have numerous walks including the Offa’s Dyke Path and for the less energetic a relaxing horse drawn boat experience, we are also in close proximity to many wedding venues in the area.

Ystafell Las (The Blue Room) is a lovely, light room, with a double bed and king size duvet, with large windows and a view of Y Gogarth (Great Orme). Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small en suite shower room. A self-serve continental breakfast is available in our dining room, directly below The Blue Room. Bala is nestled in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park where you can find an abundance of truly stunning landscapes to explore from the doorstep. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house, with all local amenities pubs, shops, cafes within 200 yards.
