The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Enjoy tranquility on the lovely terraces, and relax by the beautiful shared swimming pool with a magical view (shared with Chalakia House 2). Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.

The room has a view on the east side of the island and is located 200 metres from the central square of the town (5-7 minute walk). There you will find car rentals,restaurants,cafes,nightclubs,banks,supermarkets etc. and the bus station where you can go to most places on the island.
