Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.

This spacious cabin has 1 bedroom with a comfortable, king sized bed, a queen sized hide a bed couch in living room, and a well equipped kitchen. The outside sitting area is a peaceful oasis with the view of the cattle and horse farm. An outside outlet is available for charging your boat. Bike, walking trails, and a marina are all within 1. 4 miles. Downtown shopping area is 5 minutes away. Roku and wifi are available.

Ridge Top Meadows Guest Cabin

Relax in this beautiful private setting! This single-bedroom log cabin is located just minutes from Lake of the Ozarks, Ha-Ha Tonka State Park, Niangua River, and Ball Parks National. Amenities include full kitchen, bathroom with shower, queen bed, loft with twin mattress, dining table, Keurig coffee, TV (no cable) and DVD player, fire pit, picnic table, tent camping area, and hiking trail.
