Our country house is easy to reach by the main road between Bergen and Oslo. Only one hour drive from Oslo and from Oslo airport Gardermoen. You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

There is a row-boat by the private pier, and fishinggear in the annex by the water. Ski in, ski out! You can ski, walk or bicycle all the way througt the forest to Kikut/Oslo if you like! (25 km) See slopenet at Skiforeningen. 30 min drive to OSL airport, 40 min Oslo city. 4 km to Grua st and train to Oslo. Tv2 «Sommerhytta 2023», spilt inn her.

Senk pulsen i toppen av Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta ligger 5 minutter unna Blaafarveværket i Modum kommune, rett ved klatreparken Høyt & Lavt Modum. Her kan du finne roen blant tretoppene. De store vinduene sørger for en panoramautsikt utover landskapet og nattehimmelen. Bygget i massivtre, med et areal på 27 m2, gir den akkurat plass til det du trenger for en avslappende tur vekk fra hverdagen. Ønsker du aktivitet kan du leie elsykler, rusle ned til klatreparken eller utforske nærmiljøet.

Leiligheten ligger i første etasje, og det følger med en parkeringsplass i bakgården. 60 m2; stue, kjøkken, to soverom m/dobbeltseng 150 cm, gang, entre, bad med vaskemaskin/tørketrommel og bod. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
