Mallard is a traditional underdwelling with wonderful original features including beams and barrelled ceilings. It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Welcome to our apartment, we are offering a open plan living space, with open kitchen but also offers glass wall panels to enclose and also an open plan bathroom, fully fitted with a Jacuzzi big enough for two, fireplace & TV, along with glass panel walls and doors & electric blinds for the essential privacy. The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £300.00 for the Hot Tub per stay.
