The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided
