This space is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern design in a beautiful country setting 5 minutes from Millersville University. This buildings age dates to the Early 1800's. It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. The mill has now been turned into a wonderfully updated residence with fantastic views on all sides,including one overlooking the creek. Enjoy the large rooms and peaceful grounds.

The fire pit, open backyard, and large family room, with electric fireplace, make it very comfortable for a stay-in relaxing evening. Life in Lanc is located on the outskirts of downtown Lancaster City, just 15 minutes from the city square, Millersville, and from Strasburg and Amish country. This townhome was just built in 2020, and the Airbnb basement portion was finished in 2022, giving this space a new clean and fresh aesthetic. While the rest of the townhome is lived-in by us, the owners, all of the space you are booking is completely private.

Our end-of-row home is perfectly situated several blocks from the square in Lancaster, an easy walking distance to all the downtown cafes, boutiques and Central Market. We want our guests to feel at home-away-from-home in our space, whether drinking coffee in the morning by the front windows, taking a nap on the sofa in the afternoon or making a drink in the kitchen at night.
