(bring your fishing gear!). We offer Kayaks, Paddle boards, fire pits, a pavilion with a traeger grill and a volleyball net for you to use and enjoy. We are located just minutes from the famous Lake Fork, Lake Tawakoni and Canton Flea Market! Bring your family and/or friends to this private resort for a memorable experience!

Our Cabin In The City offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil retreat in nature, with easy access to a host of amenities and activities. Just a short drive away, a charming array of dining options awaits you. Including the shimmering waters of nearby Lake Ray Hubbard, offers opportunities for fishing or simply basking in the sun on a lazy afternoon. The Cabin is romantic, quiet, and with the beauty of the great outdoors and intimacy. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature.

Cozy wood cabin in the country

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

The two bedroom, 2 bath Victorian Heth House is the perfect location to get ready for your big wedding day or have room to roam while at Bearpen. Named after the owner’s family, one quickly appreciates the simplicities of yesteryear. The spacious cabin features a charming great room, wrap around porch and all the gingerbread details one would expect in a vintage 20th century home. Sleeps up to 8 with 2 queen sofa beds. Breakfast pastry basket, yogurt, juice, coffee included each morning.

Our property is ideal for family gatherings and friend get-a-aways, but also suitable for a couples retreat, it offers a main cabin and a tiny house (that sleeps 4, available for an additional fee) on 1.5 acres of beautiful tree-filled lake front space for you to roam, play, and be fully present in the company of your fellow cabin mates. There are no shortage of activities 2 standup paddle boards, 2 kayaks, zip line, ninja set and lots of yard games.
