Guesthouse with private outdoor heated, pool! Separate entrance opening to charming courtyard only shared with property owner (host). Walking distance to Magazine Street and street car on St. Charles Ave. Short distance to Audubon Park, French Quarter, Tulane/Loyola, and Garden District. Only registered guests allowed access to property, including pool, at all times. Free Tesla charging. If you wish us to heat the pool, there is a $50/day charge and we need a days notice.

Only registered guests allowed access to property, including pool. NO PETS allowed as there is already a very friendly dog on site.

There's a "Toast" restaurant just 2 blocks away (excellent breakfast) and 2 coffee shops. High speed internet is now available.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Located on Bayou Manchac on a gated 6 acre estate. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!
