Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. Created with comfort and fun in mind there is no end of things to do and places to unwind and enjoy the relaxation of a home away from home. With sizzling hot Wi-Fi, this place is perfect for a girl's weekend, a couples retreat, an extended stay with your family, or a work trip. All the details are well thought out to create a perfect getaway for every group.

Modern house in the country with a reputation for sparkling cleanliness and 2 day minimums between guest stays. Close to Culver Academies (18 min/10 mi), Lake Maxinkuckee (13 min/7.4 mi), Lake Manitou (27 min/16 mi), and the historic Tippecanoe River (5 min/3.5 mi to Germany Bridge or 5 min/1.6 mi to Aubbeenaubbee Landing in Leiters Ford). We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

This newly remodeled lake home boasts 4 sleeping areas, year-round hot tub, game room with a ping pong table and large screen TV, large gathering spaces in and out, new kitchen and your own kayaks to explore the area. Enjoy sunsets and lake views from the hot tub on the expansive deck or while grilling on the Weber gas grill.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you will see Bold Eagles hanging out in our backyard tree. Enjoy kayaking and fishing during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

The cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 10 beds, a crib, 2 pull-out couch beds, 3200 Sq. Ft, HOT TUB, fire pit, BRAND NEW finished basement. The basement offers a game room with pool table & shuffle board, TV/Media Room, and a 4th bedroom. This home is the perfect spot for a private getaway, but close enough to local attractions.

The Channel House @ Hoffman Lake

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

All photos are 2026. 4 large bedrooms, 3 FULL bathrooms all separate from bedrooms. Easy walk to academy, Lake Max, ALL restaurants & stores. Big yard/large deck w/ grill. Washer/dryer. 1 bedroom, 1 FULL bath downstairs, no stairs for either for older or special needs. 3 bedrooms, 2 FULL bathrooms upstairs. 1-night weekday rental ONLY allowed in winter. Central Air, high-speed WiFi and plenty of space for everyone. Annual leader in return rentals in Culver for a reason.

Enjoy your own private getaway guest apartment at Lake Manitou in Rochester, Indiana. Perfect for an overflow situation if you have family or friends with a place on the lake! The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful & comfortable stay. Plenty of space for up to 6 guests with a full kitchen, bath, and bedroom. *3 night minimum. No lake access on or from the property (private residence on the lake across the street is not for rental use).

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.

Enjoy the view of the Tippecanoe River when you stay at Artu! The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends. This house is located just down the road from the town park and walking distance to the riverside rentals. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.
