our small studio here is 1 min walk from the most famous park of city center Cismigiu Park!! it has a small closed balcony (no view), an open kitchen with everything needed, its own boiler for hot water, and own heating system. there is also smart TV in the apartment that Netflix can be used. its quiet and cozy and besides the park also the old city and all the main places of the center are walking distance.
