Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Cosy Studio Apartment in La Punt Chamues-ch

In the enchanting village of La Punt-Chamues-ch we rent a lovely studio apartment of generous size. The studio is tastefully furnished in Engadin style and enjoys an open view of Piz Mezzaun. Ideal for a skiing holiday or for venturing out on the countless walks the Engadine has to offer. The flat is also located 150 meters from the start of the Marathon's cross-country run. In the immediate vicinity you will also find post office, bank, sport shop, a supermarket and many other facilities.

Nordic nest in the upper Engadin

Our newly renovated and cosy loft-apartment with a Scandinavian touch offers you an open view to the upper Engadin Valley. It is located at a calm and sunny spot in La Punt and is a perfect nest for all kind of outdoor activities. As a part of the La Mora 4 star residence you can use a shared sauna, a games and billiard room and a reception desk. It is easily accessible either by public transport or car. Hotel standard bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Der Blick direkt in die Berge und in die Natur ist wunderschön. Viel Holz und edle Materialien machen die Wohnung zu einem Bijou. Holzböden, ein Schwedenofen, 2 Doppelschlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten (1 x 1.80 m, 1 x 1.60 m), 2 Badezimmer 1 x mit Dusche WC, 1 x mit Bad/Dusche/WC. Küche mit Induktionsherd, Nespresso Maschine und vieles mehr gehören zum Standard. Der eigene Parkplatz verfügt über eine Ladestation für E Autos (kostenpflichtig).

Chesa Orlandi “Hirschi” Nr. 2

Das geräumige Zimmer mit freundlichem Licht und Blick auf La Punt, weist einen besonderen Eyecatcher auf: ein rotes Chaiselongue zum majestätischen Entspannen. Zudem ist es mit einem schönen historischen Ofen ausgestattet (nicht zu nutzen). Wie alle Zimmer in der Chesa Orlandi sind die Wände mit einer besonderen Holzvertäfelung geschmückt. Zugehöriges Bad und Küche dazu befinden sich auf dem Flur ebenfalls im 2. Stock. Auch im “Hirschi” Zimmer kannst du historisches Mobiliar bestaunen.

Die schöne und charmante kleine Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines ruhigen Engadiner-Hauses mitten in La Punt Chamues-ch, an sehr heller und sonniger Lage, mit freiem Ausblick auf das Dorf und die Berge. Im Sommer als idealer Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter perfekt für alle Langläufer: 200m von der berühmten Engadin-Skimarathon-Loipe entfernt. Oder für Ski Alpin in die Gebiete Zuoz, Corviglia, Diavolezza.

Very nice and cosy apartment with beautiful view

Accogliente duplex mansardato con balcone e vista aperta sulle montagne. A disposizione per gli ospiti nella residenza, sauna, sala giochi con biliardo e calcetto. Grande sala con tavoli, libreria e zona relax. A pochi passi troviamo pista da sci da fondo, stazione di La Punt, panetteria e negozio Volg. Piste da sci a 5 minuti in macchina (Zuoz) o 8 minuti (Celerina).

Chesa Prünella

Kein WLAN in der ruhigen Dachwohnung, dafür eine grosse Fensterfront mit einmaliger Aussicht auf die Berge des Oberengadins. Das Haus (Chesa) Prünella steht am sonnigen Albulahang, ungefähr 15 km von St. Moritz entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel und gepflegt! Kostenloses, schnelles Internet im und um das Gemeindehaus in Chamues-ch.
