Sea Breeze House

This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

Angel’s Villa is located 3 hours from the port of Piraeus and just 1 hour and 40 minutes from the port of Lavrion . It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Μπροστά από το studio υπάρχει ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ. με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

Το σπίτι είναι 40 τμ είναι ιδανικό για διακοπές και χαλάρωση. Έχει δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας 4 ατόμων. Το ένα δωμάτιο έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο έχει καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι ή δύο μονά ανεξάρτητα. Είναι ευάερο με απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο.

Stone studio 1 Lefkes Kythnos (Pts studios)

Ο ιδανικός προορισμός για διακοπές διπλά στην θάλασσα. Το σπίτι βρίσκετε στην παράλια Λεύκες μόλις 10 λεπτά(μηχανάκι-αυτοκίνητο) από το λιμάνι του νησιού. Το studio είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο κυκλαδίτικο κτίσμα μια ανάσα από την παράλια.
