Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood. Pi with 2 king-size beds in 2 bedrooms, a double bed in the attic, large windows, blackout blinds, verandas, and terrace with city skyline and natural landscapes. The modern design comes with top-of-the-line appliances. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee area. The property offers a large shared pool and a baby pool for the four apartments.

Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached following a wild, stony path. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests.
