Hi, im Dimitris from Corfu Greece. My new built apartment is at the village of Kontokali next to the Gouvia Marina (sailing boats). The apartment is very central to explore the old town of Corfu and all the island. The nearest beach is at a distance of 10 minutes walk and also in the area you can find : pool, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, farmacy, hospital and supermarkets. I will be here for you for anything you need.

The building was built by my family and has been our family home for over 15 years. The apartment has a very comfortable, brand new sofa (turns into a sofa bed) along with a smart TV with access to Youtube and Netflix (Via your own account).

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο,είναι σοφίτα 40 τ.μ. με εμφανή σκεπή.Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο καθώς επίσης και ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι.Το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού όμως θεωρούμε πως είναι το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει θέα προς την Μαρίνα με τα σκάφη και το βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.
