An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, facing a vineyard, surrounded by pomegranates and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

The cabin is located in beautiful nature, near the birch forest, below the mountain peak Štuoc, overlooking the mountains. The cabin is made entirely from the wood. We are the perfect starting point for all your adventures if you are planning an active vacation because with us you can hire a guide for hiking tours, sightseeing and visiting places hidden in the heart of our village, as well as book rafting or canyoning in season. We also offer an outdoor sauna for additional fee. Welcome!

Lanista - Cottage 1

Laništa Katun is a 4km hike along a picturesque single-track trail that winds through one of the primeval forests. This trail is also a black diamond MTB route that is about 75% bikable. In addition to hiking and MTB, Lanista is accessible from Mojkovac via 4×4 or motorcycle as well as by MTB or hiking. This katun provides nearby access to picturesque Biogradska Gora Lake (Jezero) while offering an escape from the tourists looking just to snap the easy photo on a drive-through route.

Welcome to the scenic middle of nowhere. Here, cows ignore fences, cats run the local mafia and poop is less of an accident, more of a feature. The neighbour’s dogs might pop by to judge your snack choices. Birds will wake you up, the views will calm you down. Savin Kuk ski center is located just in 5 minutes walk from Family Farm Apartments and its chair-lift works during the summer time too. The cottage is ideal for couples and families (with children). This wood cabin is standing on the top of our property. From this place you have the best view. At every side of the house you can see the mountains on there best. When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. at the terras we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober
