BBQが人気の宿。隣接のトキワ荘と同時貸切の大人数（１８名まで）のグループにも好評。※ハイシーズンの連泊予約後のキャンセル日数短縮は固くお断りします。 最寄り駅までの送迎、黒部ダムの扇沢駅までの送りは要相談（ワゴン車7名までなら可能）春から秋は家族でBBQ、冬は掘り炬燵でみかんなど食べてなんて方に向いてます。BBQは用具と炭常備。食材と調味料持ち込みで。食器は有りますが片付けめんどくさい場合は紙食器をご準備ください。小さなお子様向けに屋内にブランコ、滑り台、ボルダリング壁（小学生までの若年層向け）、ピアノあり。外にあるお風呂に真冬でも入るお客様多数。大町市は温泉地なので宿泊前に是非地元の温泉を楽しまれてからお越しいただくのがお勧めです。白馬のスキーエリアへわずか３０分。また白馬村での夕食難民になったり、朝の駐車場での雪かきなどを考えると宿泊は当宿が便利。立山黒部アルペンルートの前泊向け。グループ登山者向けでもあります。ご家族で近くの国営あずみの公園で遊ぶもよし、登山、青木湖、木崎湖へ。
