Lovely Studio apartment with free parking on site

A lovely self-contained studio with patio area and free parking. It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

The Garden Flat, Victorian House

A private flat within a large Victorian house, built 1894 for the Wolverton Works Manager. In walking distance to the station, the train offers stops to CMK and London. Access to the Garden Flat is via the original back lane Trades Entrance. This self-contained flat - once scullery and gardener's rest - now offers a bed-sitting room, separate kitchen-dining, private bathroom, dressing area and laundry room. The flat also provides desk space for work and a patio space which is yours alone.

Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, our retro cottage is a perfect base to explore the unique shops, fabulous dining, and rich history of Stony Stratford, all just a 5 minute stroll away. Accommodation includes two double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with small double (4 foot only) plus folding single guest bed) and a third single bedroom in the annex up an open tread staircase - a secluded space, ideal for a teenager. The quaint market town of Stony Stratford is nearby and there are lovely walks by the canal, the river Ouse and the Ouse Valley park which are practically on the doorstop.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.
