It therefore is not impacted by current legislation regarding Short Term Rentals on Maui.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and cooking utensils. A 5 mins walk to the beach and 10-15 mins leisurely stroll to nearby shops and stores. I take my own photos for my unit.
