There is air conditioning but fridge etc. can’t be used at same time so people use it at night & unplug everything. Food stays cold. It's secluded yet 40 minutes to Grand Rapids. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds of nature.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
