**Updated cleaning procedures to meet/exceed CDC recommendations** Settle in for a stay at our hideaway. This private guest house is nestled in a grove of old oak trees, sitting above our detached garage. We renovated top to bottom and relax in our large outdoor space. This quiet guest home can accommodate up to 6 people. The best part? We are 5 minutes from Downtown FtW and centrally located in Tarrant County. 20 minutes to get anywhere, including DFW airport, AT&T stadium and TX Rangers

Casstevens Homestead Farm House (Entire House)

Casstevens Homestead House located on 145 acres near Mansfield. great for long walks in the country, or a place to get away. This is a working farm with livestock. House is approximately 150 years old, dating back 5 generations. There are large back pastures for walking out in the country. Pets are welcome, but we do have Great Pyrenees on the farm to protect our chickens. They are very friendly but the will probably greet you at the door. We can stable your horses for riding on request.

The Bungalow

Take it easy at this unique and central getaway. This fully renovated 1920's bungalow has charm with all the modern amenities. Unwind in the glow of the patio fire pit. Create a masterpiece in the kitchen with modern induction stove, top of the line cookware, and stocked spice drawer. Cuddle up to your favorite movies with bedroom TV. Relax in the waterfall shower or soaking tub. Play in downtown Ft Worth(10min), or the Stockyards/Cowboys Stadium/Six Flags/Texas Ranger's Ballpark (20 mins).

The Retreat at Briaroaks

Kick back and relax in this calm, newly remodeled space surrounded by acres of beautiful oak trees. Enjoy the backyard oasis and take a dip in the pool or relax in the hot tub. You can also enjoy a nice BBQ in the outdoor cabana furnished with a Blackstone grill, full-size refrigerator and outdoor TV. It's also the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful bookcation or stay in and binge-watch all your favorite movies and shows. This slice of heaven is the perfect quiet getaway to relax and unwind.

Tiny House, Something Different!

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

Hearthwood Haven

This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in a quiet Arlington neighborhood, perfectly located near all the action but tucked away for a peaceful stay. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and with two full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for families, friends, or couples traveling together. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics; stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

FORT What It’s WORTH Studio Apartment

We are located in the historic Fairmount neighborhood, just a 10 minute walk from Magnolia. The space is a modern, newly built, above-garage studio apartment with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, dining area, patio, entertainment center, queen sized bed, and bathroom with walk-in shower. It is full of amenities such as dedicated wifi gateway, access to streaming services, Leesa mattress, premium coffee, and much more! Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay!
