Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Your space is a modern, clean, fully self-contained studio apartment on a beautiful 15 acre property, with stunning views, 30 minutes from Hobart city and 15 minutes from the airport. The gorgeous Tasman Peninsula and all it has to offer is just down the road. The studio is part of our home, with its own separate entrance and complete privacy - and it means we are on hand to assist you in need. ***Please note: the pool is currently unavailable for swimming while we resurface it***

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Experience the magic of a tiny house set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Everything is tiny, but guests tell us it has everything you need... including some luxurious touches like European linen. Private, self-contained cabin in the Huon Valley close to Cygnet (7 min), Bruny Island & Hobart (50 min), Hartz Mountain National Park & World Heritage Area (1 hr). Bush surrounds, stunning views of the Huon River & Hartz mountains. Beaches, bushwalking, markets, relax by the fire or on the deck & admire the view. Markets every week in the valley, including the Cygnet market 1st & 3rd Sunday of the mth, Willie Smith's Artisan & Farmers Market every Saturday, 10-1.

Derford Farm Stay cabin is located on a working farm in picturesque Bream Creek with great views of Marion Bay & Hellfire Bluff. A Self-contained, 1 bedroom cabin on wheels. Relax in peace while enjoying the views with a cup of tea or local wine. Bream Creek Vineyard, Bangor Winery and Southern Beaches all within 20 minute drive. Enjoy the beach walks, sunrises and sunsets. Situated 50 minutes from Hobart & a further 1 hour to Port Arthur.

The Stable at Twamley Farm

A unique 1840s converted stable located in the grounds of Twamley Farm homestead. The Stable is a beautifully renovated two storey sandstone building overlooking the hills of Twamley Farm and nestled under English oaks. The Stable features your own private outdoor cedar hot tub. The traditional wood fired hot tub offers blissful, therapeutic soaking in the beautiful surrounds of Twamley Farm.
