Ideally situated on 1.6 acres of oak studded woods in the Sequoia National Forest and abutting thousands of acres of public forestry land (BLM Land), W A L D E N is the perfect reprieve to reconnect with nature. Although complete with all the modern amenities (100Mbps WiFi & Smart TV), I encourage you to take a step back and embrace simple living as inspired by Thoreau's novel "Life in the Woods". I built “The Loft” with a French modern feel, & had luxury & class in mind so you can immerse yourself in style and comfort. You will be just a 4 minute stroll from the German bakery, Thai or Mediterranean food. Stallion Springs Hilltop

We are located in Stallion Springs about 14 miles from the town of Tehachapi ( local grocery stores are in town). We have a cozy guest apartment, located above the garage and detached from the main house. The apt will sleep 4 (2 on the fold out sofa-we also have a feather bed that can be added- and 2 on the double air mattress). We provide coffee/tea, and laundry services for guests as needed. Please note-we air the space out between 24-48 hours between guests and provide contactless entry.

Bluebird Cottage Spectacular lake views

Hello and welcome to Bluebird Cottage. We are located 1 mile up a dirt road in the Isabella Highlands overlooking Lake Isabella. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. We are approximately a 3 hour Drive to Sequoia National Park. We are a 2 hour drive from Death Valley National Park. We are a 4 hour drive from Yosemite. We are 3 hr drive from Los Angeles. Bluebird Cottage is a cozy tiny home with a private outdoor space. Incredible views!
