Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

This clean and spacious place to stay is perfect for group trips. Home is a 3 min walk to beach, waterpark/anamusement park. Jacuzzi hottub, Bbq, fire pit, fenced in yard. 3 modern bathrooms, 5 smart TVs, poker/arcade. Handicap accessible. Price is for 6 guests $50-pp fee charged for any add’l guest not to exceed 12 guest max. No unauthorized pets/guest allowed to visit or stay over. Unauthorized guest will result in a $50 pp fee. Must be 21 to book and stay.

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
