This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. AC and Starlink We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

We are located in a peaceful rural setting in Ngahinapouri, just off State Highway 39. 15min drive to/from Hamilton Airport and Hamilton City, Mystery Creek 20min, Te Awamutu 15min, 10min to Pirongia Village and 40min to Waitomo Caves and the Raglan Coast Also on our doorstep is Pirongia Mountain with its walking tracks, Ngahinapouri Golf Course 5min away and the renowned Villagrad Winery only 10min away.

Box on the Hill is a quiet couples retreat, just 20 min outside of Raglan. From your unit you have vast views of the beautiful Waitetuna Valley, looking out to Mount Pirongia. Couples stay a night, a weekend or chose to elope here. The space is light filled and opens up to your own private garden and outdoor seating. The unit is modern and open plan. A warm, spacious and private retreat set on 60 acres 2 minutes from Pirongia village. Fully self contained with large lounge, dining and kitchen area and your own bathroom and toilet. Swings, maypole and trampoline for the kids. Pets to pat. Swimming pool available through the warmer months. The Black Barn is set amongst an open ground nursery and farmland. If you like plants and space, you will love this place!
