This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

The Storey Garden & Grove Christmas Tree Farm

Every house has a story, and the journey of the Storey Place begins in 1928 as my great-grandfather’s farmstead and family home. After a full remodel, we wrote a new chapter for this house . We added all the modern conveniences, maximized living space with an open floor plan and furnished with all new stainless-steel appliances, while at the same time preserved the charm of the home and restored original pieces like the home’s clawfoot tub, original hard-wood floors and shiplap walls.

This charming 1950's ranch is located in the heart of historic downtown Braselton. Walk to restaurants and events. Conveniently located across the street from the Braselton Civic Center, less than one mile from the Braselton Event Center and Hoschton Train Depot for wedding parties. Enjoy the fire pit during the Braselton fall festival, or a meal with friends at one of the restaurants downtown. Please note our home has security cameras at the front door and on the back porch.
