The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Our brand new purpose built apartment is bright and light with stylish fittings and comfortable decor. Featuring a large queen bedroom and adjoining bathroom, well-appointed kitchen and living area, plus private balcony with BBQ overlooking the rear garden. TV Foxtel, heating and cooling in both rooms. There is a separate access to the apartment for all our guests. Our place is centrally located in town and only a 2 minute walk to the main shops, cafes, hotel, Anglesea river and parklands.

Recently renovated, it features polished floorboards, spacious living, and natural light throughout. In summer, unwind on the sunny back deck after a swim at the beach. In winter, curl up by the fire with a glass of red. Backing onto the Great Otway National Park, it’s a cosy escape immersed in nature.
