Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

“Fiori di Roccia” è un luminoso appartamento di 80 mq in una zona ben servita di Monfalcone con un posto auto privato. A soli 10 min a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 5 min in auto dall'autostrada, è strategico per esplorare il Carso della Prima Guerra, Trieste, Aquileia, Grado, Gorizia e la pista ciclabile Alpe Adria. Situato al 3° piano senza ascensore, e' arredato, panoramico, con due camere matrimoniali (un letto king e due queen size), bagno e soggiorno-cucina open space con divanoletto.

A corner of paradise, to offer you the joy of greenery as far as the eye can see, peeking out of the windows surrounded by cushions or having lunch in the garden set in the castle walls, designed by Leonardo da Vinci. A fortress that belonged to the Venetians, Austrians and finally Italy, in a lively and picturesque town that expresses the charm of Central Europe, the colors of the nearby Adriatic, the flavors and aromas of the Collio, nearby Slovenia and the strength of the Friulian peaks.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Oltre alle spiagge e al mare la zona si presta a lunghe passeggiate e gite in bicicletta per visitare non solo i monumenti storici ma anche i paesaggi naturali.

A quiet farm in KRAS region

My house, a farm, is located at the end of a small village, right on the Slovenian Italian border, overlooking the fields and surrounding forests and stables with 17 Lipizzaner horses (+5 cats). I offer the left wing of the house (I live separately in the right wing) to nature lovers and those who want to explore Kras, the nearby seaside, the Soča valley, Brda near Nova Gorica or even an hour drive away Venice. It is beautiful around here.
