Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

This is a wonderful location for exploring all of wine country, unwinding from the hustle of busy life, and then taking in the sunset in this quiet country setting with rolling hills as your backdrop!

Features: hot tub, outdoor dining area, small kitchenette amenities, and smart-tv w/firestick (must use your hotspot to stream). 10 min to BR Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Claytor Nature Center. Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. Welcome to Mountain View Mini Farm! We are located in the Rockfish Valley(Afton, VA)with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our farm is just minutes to wineries, breweries, cideries, Shenandoah National Park and more! There is so much to do close by, but once you get on the farm, you won't want to leave! We have a total of 5 horses, with 3 being mini rescue horses. There's a fire pit area where you can roast S'mores while you watch the sunset. Be sure to look at bedrm 2 description.
