Welcome in this unique and amazing retreat. Its cozy private mini-garden surrounded by roses, century-old stone walls, antique terracotta tiles, rustic chestnut beams, and spectacular medieval room transports guests into the past! An open space with a comfortable double bed, small equipped kitchen, living room with table, sofa and TV. Access to the bathroom behind the kitchen. A second tavern/bedroom with a double sofa bed, separated from the open space by a thick curtain (not a door). Private garden for meals. Perfect for one couple or a family with children (not intimate for 2 couples !) If you are a wine lover and love old stones and history, this place is for you! Imagine having your own flat with its own medieval wine cellar directly accessible from inside the apartment. It is truly a magical place to enjoy a glass of wine. Like the rest of La Maisonette, this appartment has been completely renovated whilst maintaining all its original characteristics. The floor lighting illuminating the stone walls and its pavement made of antique terracotta of antique stone slabs create a unique atmosphere. For your well-being and comfort, we have chosen only natural materials during the renovation and you will be surrounded by century old stone walls, terracotta tiles and chestnut beams. This ground floor apartment is made up of a living room with a couch and rocking chair, satellite TV, wifi internet, furniture for your clothes and belongings and a dining table with four chairs. This living space also has a small kitchen with fridge, kettle, stove, oven and mini dishwasher! It offers views of the lake and garden of the villa thanks to two large luminous double glass windows. In the same room there is a comfortable double bed. If needed there is a sofa bed in the cellar where two people can sleep. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a fully tiled walled shower, two sinks, toilet and bidet. Being on the ground floor you will also have a little private garden area overlooking the orchard of the villa with its stone fountain, table and chairs where you can relax. We have taken special attention to every detail to make your stay comfortable and special. (furniture, appliances, lighting, decoration…) The apartment has an independent access from the street as well as private and secure parking on the grounds of the villa La Maisonnette is a dependance of my villa where I live. It has an independent access from the street behind my villa if you come by walk, or a second access by my garden if you come by car (free private and secure parking). Laundry service available on request. I am at your disposal for any further information, questions, advice you may need to make your stay in Stresa and its surroundings truly enjoyable (excursions,places to visit,restaurants, transportations). La Maisonnette is located in a residential and dominant lake view position on the hills above Stresa and part of a hamlet called "Binda". The villa is 5 minutes by car from the A26 highway (Carpugnino exit) and 5 minutes from the Stresa train station which has direct trains to destinations such as Lausanne, Basel, Geneva, Milan city center. Great Lake View Artist's Apartment

Lys lejlighed ved søen med fantastisk udsigt over søen og bjergene. Den er renoveret i skandinavisk stil og har en rummelig åben planløsning (stue, spisestue, køkken), tre soveværelser, to badeværelser (det ene er 0,80 kvm), en balkon og en stor terrasse.Dette er mit hjem, fyldt med mine originale kunstværker.Som kunstner prioriterer jeg økologi og genbrug. Der er gratis parkering til rådighed. Perfekt til et afslappende ophold ved Lago Maggiore med en blanding af natur, kunst og bæredygtighed.

Si accede dal cortile in comune alla mia abitazione, in zona tranquilla vicino al Castello Visconteo.

La Scuderia

Caratteristico appartamento di circa 100 mq. ristrutturato nel 2017, ricavato all'interno di un'antica villa da una scuderia di inizio 1900. L' alloggio è silenzioso, fresco anche durante le calde giornate estive, dista 5 minuti di auto dal centro storico di Intra. Accesso a piscina con splendida vista panoramica e tavolo per fare colazione e pasti. Free WiFi e parcheggio coperto all'interno del cortile. Adatto a coppie, famiglie e a chi viaggia. A Balcony on the Lake

This is Balcony on Lake Maggiore, a lovely apartment with incomparable panoramic views of the lake. It is located inside a residence with swimming pool (open from June to September) and large green areas arranged on terraces, where you can enjoy the sun or rest in the shade in complete relax. From the parking lot with reserved parking space, you can access the property, with independent access, descending from characteristic stone stairs between lavender beds and hydrangea plants.

Takket være de tre store buede vinduer er udsigten den bedste, du kan bede om i Orta! Udsigten, beliggenheden og intimiteten er unik! Det er velegnet til par, ensomme eventyrere og lodne venner.
