The building features three double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that can accommodate one or two people. Pool heating included in the price.

House on the beach is a splendid two-story beachfront house, each floor with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.<br><br>The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.<br><br>The property was completely renovated in 2021.<br><br>An external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea.
