A bright and spacious bedroom located across the top floor of this Victorian maisonette. The comfortable kingsize bed is fitted with a sumptuous wool topper and luxury bedding. The bed always receives rave reviews. There’s a sofa and plants to add that homely feel. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with high-end toiletries and Sheridan towels. There is a large walnut desk, ergonomic chair, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker, iron, hairdryer and wardrobe with wooden hangers and set of drawers.

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. VisIt Greenwich Park and enjoy a picnic or try one of the many eateries or unique pubs. 20 paces away from your stay is the Guildford Arms with the most gorgeous garden for amazing alfresco dining.

My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.
